FynCut operates on a simple, transparent credit-based pricing model. This policy explains how our pricing works, what you get for your money, and important terms regarding credit purchases and usage.

1. Credit-Based System

1.1 How Credits Work

FynCut uses a credit system where:

• 1 Credit = 1 Generated Clip
• Credits are deducted only when a clip is successfully generated
• Failed processing attempts do not consume credits
• Credits never expire - use them whenever you need
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

1.2 Free Credits

All new users receive 5 free credits upon sign-up to test our service and explore features. These credits work exactly like purchased credits and can be used to generate up to 5 clips.

2. Pricing Packages

We offer three credit packages designed to suit different usage needs:

2.1 Value Calculation

Our pricing is designed to provide better value at higher tiers:

• Starter Pack: ₹49.95 per credit - creators exploring AI-powered video clipping for the first time.
• Creator Pack: ₹41.65 per credit - solo creators who post regularly and want consistent output.
• Pro Pack: ₹33.33 per credit - Best choice for professional creators or small teams producing content at scale.
• Studio Pack: ₹27.50 per credit - studios and agencies managing high-volume, client-based projects.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Net Banking
• Digital wallets

3.2 Currency

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). International customers may see conversions to their local currency at the payment provider's exchange rate.

3.3 Instant Delivery

Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment. You can start using them right away.

3.4 Payment Security

All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay's PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. FynCut does not store your complete payment card details.

4. Credit Usage

4.1 When Credits are Deducted

Credits are deducted from your account when:

• A clip generation job is completed successfully
• The generated clip is available for download

4.2 When Credits are NOT Deducted

You will not be charged credits if:

• Video upload fails
• Processing encounters a technical error on our end
• The system is unable to generate clips due to platform issues
• You cancel the job before processing completes

4.3 Credit Balance

You can check your current credit balance anytime from your dashboard. We also display your balance before you initiate any clip generation.

5. Credit Expiration

Credits never expire. Once purchased, credits remain in your account indefinitely until used. You can use them at your own pace without worrying about time limits.

6. Pricing Changes

6.1 Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. When prices change:

• Existing credit balances are not affected
• New purchases will be at the updated prices
• Users will be notified of significant price changes via email
• The updated pricing will be reflected on our website immediately

6.2 Grandfathered Credits

If we increase prices, credits you've already purchased maintain their full value and can still be used to generate 1 clip per credit.

7. Promotional Offers

7.1 Discounts and Promotions

From time to time, we may offer:

• Seasonal discount codes
• Bonus credits with purchases
• Referral rewards
• Limited-time special offers

7.2 Promotional Terms

Each promotion has specific terms and conditions:

• Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
• Valid only during the promotional period
• Subject to availability and fair usage policies
• May be revoked if terms are violated

8. Fair Usage Policy

While credits don't expire, we maintain a fair usage policy to ensure quality service for all users:

• Credits must be used in accordance with our Terms of Service
• Excessive or abusive usage patterns may be investigated
• Credits may not be sold, transferred, or shared with other users
• Each account is limited to one set of free sign-up credits

10. Taxes and Fees

10.1 Taxes

Prices shown do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location. For Indian customers, GST will be added as per regulations.

10.2 Payment Processing Fees

The prices you see are inclusive of payment processing fees. There are no hidden charges or additional fees beyond the displayed price (except applicable taxes).

11. Refunds and Cancellations

For information about refunds on credit purchases, please refer to our Refund Policy. In general, credits are non-refundable once purchased, except in specific circumstances outlined in the Refund Policy.

12. Account Closure

If you choose to close your account:

• Unused credits will be forfeited
• No refunds are provided for remaining balance
• You will lose access to all generated clips and data
• The account cannot be reactivated once closed

We recommend using all your credits before closing your account.

• No hidden fees or surprise charges
• No subscriptions or recurring payments
• Pay only for what you need
• Clear credit balance display
• Itemized transaction history
